Overview: XZG series rotary flash dryer is my factory in the introduction, absorption of foreign advanced technology, successfully developed a new type of drying equipment. The machine advanced technology, reasonable design, compact structure, wide application, production capacity, product quality, high efficiency, energy saving, in a device drying, crushing, screening once completed, to eliminate environmental pollution, machine performance to the international advanced level of technology.

Principle: Hot air inlet with suitable atomizing speed enter from the bottom of drier stirring and crushing and drying chamber, the material exerts strong shearing, blowing, floating and rotating effect material by centrifuge, shearing, impacting and friction dividend micronized strengthen the heat and mass transfer. At the bottom of drier, wetter particles larger group under the action of the agitator is mechanically crushed, low moisture content, particle size smaller particles are rotating airflow entrained rise further dried during ascent. Adaptation Materials: ● inorganic: boric acid, calcium carbonate, calcium hydroxide, copper sulfate, iron oxide, barium carbonate, antimony trioxide, metal hydroxides, various heavy metal salts, synthetic cryolite and so on. ● Organic compounds: atrazine (pesticides), cadmium laurate, benzoic acid, germicide, sodium oxalate, cellulose acetate and the like. ● ceramic: kaolin, silica, clay. ● dye classes: anthraquinone, black iron oxide, indigo pigments, butyric acid, zinc sulfide, various azo intermediate. ● Food: soy protein, gelatinized starch, distillers grains, wheat, sugar, wheat starch.
